An advanced study by Italyvacuum technicians has led to the birth of Stopmist, a special filter designed to eliminate the problem of oil mists that are created during cutting or various metal workings.
As already known, oil mists are not only harmful to the health of the operators but even dangerous when they settle on the floor, making it slippery and risky for accidents to take place.
Stopmist consists of a fiberglass-based mesh pre-filter capable of breaking down the available microdroplets enclosed in the air flow which are thus forced to fall by gravity into the appropriate collection base but once this barrier has been overcome, the few microdroplets remaining must then go through a second stage of filtering consisting of the external filter which uses a different and more sophisticated method for reducing the contaminating particles.
Among the main advantages we highlight, is the possibility of recycling the oil for the purpose of reducing costs and the perfect compatibility with all models of the Italyvacuum range which allow its assembly even on machines that have already been installed and have been in operation for some time.
