EASY BAG – an easy and economical product for the division of chips and dust – Usually used in the wood or plastic sector (Pvc, composite materials, etc.), they are very easy to use with practically no maintenance, they can be single (single bag) or multiple mounted on a single structure to optimize space.
The operating philosophy of the Easy Bag vacuum cleaners differs totally from all the others as the vacuumed material comes into direct contact with the blades of the fan and for this reason its use is strongly discouraged for vacuuming metal residues, which over time, could damage the system.
For this model, Italyvacuum technicians have designed a special fan with curved blades, the result of in-depth mathematical calculations on the air flows which make it the most powerful model in the sector for the same power.
In case of suction of toxic dust or substances harmful to human health in any way, there is a version which allows the filtered air to be channeled outside the work environment in order to comply with the regulations in force on the matter.
In case of specific request, the motor body can be enclosed inside special sound-absorbing bulkheads which drastically reduce the decibels produced.
