Mastertank

Mastertank is a vacuum cleaner with a significant storage capacity [ 380 Lt (100 gal) / 580 Lt (153 gal) ], primarily dedicated to the emptying of tanks full of lubricating oil and cleaning of machine tools used in mechanical processing.

Mastertank is equipped in the basic version with a highly visible oil level indicator, very useful for the operator, and a removable chip separator basket, ergonomically designed considering its positioning height.

The entire vacuum cleaner is easily movable thanks to special wheels, but it can also be pallet-jacked through special slots for the forks.

The powerful turbine supplied allows the simultaneous suction of oil and metal chips, which, thanks to the included separator filter, are automatically separated, allowing the extraction of oil only, free from residues.

Once the spacious tank is filled, the discharge of the filtered oil can occur in several ways: in the basic version, simply through a specific gravity-fed discharge valve, or through the optional “reverse flow” system for discharge at higher elevations (in case a larger and taller container needs to be filled), or, as a last option, through the use of a submersible pump, we can perform suction and discharge operations simultaneously for time optimization.
