CENTRALIZED SYSTEMS – These are the systems with the highest technological content of the oil mist division where Italyvacuum can express all its potential and in which it contains all its innovations, the result of years of experience lived all over the world.

The centralized systems are designed to eliminate oil mists, vapors, smoke, fumes that come from the most diverse processes in order to make the working environment as healthy as possible while contributing to environmental protection.

All the functions can be managed in the traditional way or through the TCS – “Touch control station” (Human Machine Interface) a control panel with advanced “touch screen” technology and a powerful management software which, through icons and acoustic signals, allows itself to be used also by newbies in the sector, making any operation extremely easy and intuitive.

The systems are normally designed in order to convey the mists from different machines inside a factory to a single collection point and the powers are sized from time to time based on different parameters to be carefully checked on the installation site.

They can be positioned both inside and outside the factory and allow the recycling of the emulsifying oil collected in special containers.

Electrostatic filters – They can represent an additional stage of filtration and are normally dedicated to the capture of oils, grease, and oily vapors. They are particularly suited and efficient when operating on air flows at low scroll speeds.
Digital inverter for frequency modulation for a drastic reduction and optimization of energy consumption which can even reach up to 40%

Extraction Hood – Our solutions are ideal for the effective capture of chips, dust, fumes, vapors, and various types of airborne emissions

Special fabric filter for metallic dust – designed to retain metallic dust and chips, even of very small size

Float switch – accurately and reliably monitor the liquid level inside the vacuum unit.

Air-Guard – continuous monitoring device capable of detecting in real time the level of contamination and the performance of the entire vacuum filtration system.
