MASTERMIST – The innovative collectors by Italyvacuum dedicated to the oil mist division, arise from the need to eliminate oil mist, vapors, smoke, fumes that come from the most diverse processes, in order to make the work environment as healthy as possible, contributing at the same time to environmental protection.

A careful market analysis by Italyvacuum technicians has led the company to develop this advanced line of products in the full awareness of being able to simplify and improve what has been available on the market up to now, by applying its own technology and making it more efficient yet much less expensive for all maintenance operations.

This product enjoys a European patent thanks to the numerous innovations it contains.

It is available in 6 different models and in all voltages and frequencies on the world market.

The entire range is also available in stainless steel for harmful vapors, corrosive mists or for hazardous environments (Atex).

It is worthy to note that for existing mist collectors in the market with rotating drums, due to the different quantity of oil absorbed by the filtering pads and consequent different moving weight, over time, the rotation axis begins to turn in an eccentric and anomalous manner, therefore increasing more and more the vibrations and the mechanical stress exerted on the engine bearings leading to inevitable breakages and downtime; unless costly maintenance is scheduled on a regular basis.

Filter group (5 stages)

Inlet filtering grit for the capture of medium/large sized solid residues
Coalescence process to group the micro droplets of oil and drastically reduce their passage to the next stage
A special conical-shaped fiberglass mesh filter forces the micro drops of oil to physically break against its mesh and then descend along the oblique walls to the collection base
An additional conical-shaped polyester fiber filter with even finer mesh eliminates the last remaining microdroplets in order to extend the life of the Hepa filter.
A very fine H13 or H14 HEPA filter is set up as a final stage to filter 99.95% of the residual air

Remote start on/off – allows the aspirator and the machinery to be switched on and off simultaneously and automatically
Electrostatic filters – They can represent an additional stage of filtration and are normally dedicated to the capture of oils, grease, and oily vapors. They are particularly suited and efficient when operating on air flows at low scroll speeds.
Telescopic Support – Specially designed to support extraction pipes for CNC machines, it allows the pipe to descend from the top, avoiding any kind of obstruction for the operator.
Lubricating Oil Container for Recycling – A special and professional container for emulsifying oil in 18/10 stainless steel with a capacity of 30 liters (8 gal) and capable of resisting all aggressive agents contained in various types of lubricating oils
Circular support for Mastermist – Specially designed to support the Mastermist extractor on the top of CNC machines where it is normally installed, it consists of simple vertical threaded steel bars welded together
Tower Support – The tower support is a very robust rectangular structure designed to accommodate the placement of the suction device at its upper end.

Extraction Hood – Our solutions are ideal for the effective capture of chips, dust, fumes, vapors, and various types of airborne emissions

Special fabric filter for metallic dust – designed to retain metallic dust and chips, even of very small size

Float switch – accurately and reliably monitor the liquid level inside the vacuum unit.

Air-Guard – continuous monitoring device capable of detecting in real time the level of contamination and the performance of the entire vacuum filtration system.
