Safedust

High-security industrial vacuum for harmful and explosive dusts (ATEX)

SAFEDUST represents the ultimate solution for the safe management of harmful or potentially explosive dusts, a cutting-edge device designed to ensure maximum efficiency and safety in the most demanding industrial environments. It is available in various versions, each designed to meet specific capacity and volume needs. Equipped with a vertical level indicator, it allows easy monitoring of the liquid level inside the container, signaling both the minimum and maximum oil levels for proper system operation.

Instant Neutralization:
Thanks to the innovative neutralization process, as soon as the dusts are suctioned, they are conveyed into a container containing inert oil, which instantly neutralizes the danger of the dusts through mere contact, eliminating risks of reactions or explosions. The intuitive design and advanced engineering make our vacuum easy to use and simple to maintain, thus ensuring reliable long-term operation.
