Ecosmoke 5

Model designed for fumes division with the traditional cube shape, suitable for the extraction of fumes / vapors / gases from the most varied manufacturing processes such as: welding, milling, washing of mechanical parts, laser cutting, plasma-cutting, etc.

The filtering system is extremely performant, consisting of a slot system for inserting up to 5 different filters, which makes the system highly flexible and effective for any type of pollutant it needs to extract.

This feature places the ecosmoke 5 at the top of its range in this product line, thanks to the extreme versatility of the system and the large filtering surfaces with square filters measuring 595 x 595 mm (11.42” x 11.42”) with activated carbon as standard on every model.

At the base of the unit, a large pull-out drawer is dedicated to collecting debris that can be sucked in.

Its robust trolley equipped with non-marking wheels allows the total extension of its articulated arm up to its maximum length, even horizontally, allowing the capture of fumes at great distances and even in positions difficult to access. ( Note: there is also the version without the arm )

Thanks to its omnidirectional articulated arm (diameter 100 mm– 4” with a length of 3 meters ( 9.84 ft. ) in the standard model) it allows the collection of fumes directly at the source before they are dispersed into the air and manage to contaminate the surrounding area thus preserving the health of the assigned operator; even its positioning height on the central unit has been studied in order to make the operator’s work as simple and as fast as possible.
